BUDDY GUY

Buddy Guy started his musical carreer in Louisiana with a guitar built with pins, strings and a piece of wood. He found success in Chicago at the end of the 50's and became a reference for many artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton or Stevie Ray Vaughan. The President Barack Obama even joined him on stage in 2012 to sing the chorus of "Sweet Home Chicago"!

After being rewarded by several Grammy Awards, Blues Music Awards and many other prizes, the Rolling Stone magazine classified Buddy Guy as

the 23rd of the 100 greatest guitarists of all time. On July 2015 he released his last album "Born To Play Guitar" and is charteds 1st of the Blues albums sales. A new success thanks to the numerous collaborations with Van Morrison, Joss Stone and Billy Gibbons.
