    À propos

Let’s start by setting up the picture: Stefen Kendal Gordy is one of Berry Gordys’ sons and Skyler Gordy is one of his grandsons. They both are in the same family as the legendary founder of Motown and respectively are uncle and nephew. When they create LMFAO in 2006 in Los Angeles (California), they call themselves Redfoo and Skyblu. Their main goal is to produce a type of celebration music that they will call the “party rock”.
Their single “I’m in Miami bitch” in 2008is based on a bootleg version of “Let the Bass kick” of DJ Chuckie. That first try out was a so-called moderated hit but was followed closely by “La La La”. The album “Party rock” that came out in 2009, is number 32 on the music billboard and number 6 in the dance department. The famous duo rises back in 2011 with the single “Party Rock Anthem” that makes the whole world dance. Is easily reaches out to the first place and intends to stay in the top 10 for quite some time.
